The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is Australia's national criminal intelligence agency. We advise senior decision makers on serious and organised crime impacting Australia. We are a full member of the National Intelligence Community, an Attorney General's Portfolio agency, and a member of the Five Eyes Law Enforcement Group.

The ACIC is at the forefront of tackling serious and organised crime targeting Australia, both within our borders and offshore. Our staff operate against a pervasive, transnational and globalised criminal threat, and work hard to realise an Australia hostile to criminal exploitation. As a small agency that makes a real impact on serious and organised crime, we need talented and dedicated people who are intelligent, highly capable and seeking to make a difference to the lives of all Australians.

**About the branch**

The ACIC Intelligence Operations Operating Model is founded around 4 core capability pillars—coercive examinations, technical intelligence capability, human intelligence capability and data analytics capability. These core capabilities are interconnected and inform one another to derive maximum strategic insights to inform disruption strategies and opportunities.

North Operations staff and state-based specialist units work collaboratively with key external partners to affect disruption activities, collect criminal intelligence for dissemination to our partners and ensure the flow of critical information to support the development of strategic intelligence.

**About the role**

The National Exhibit Management (NEM) Support Officer will be responsible for the assessment and management of legacy exhibits and property and other project requirements as stipulated by the Director Operations Compliance & National Exhibits Management. This will include managing a broad range of tasks to ensure efficient and effective exhibit management processes that support agency objectives and ensure alignment to legislative obligations.

The National Exhibit Management Support Officer will work largely independently, however, working closely with the other NEM Support Officers and stakeholders to refine and improve policies and procedures and progress deliverables. The role will be responsible for monitoring, progressing, identifying and escalating any risks or issues.
- Has demonstrated experience in managing legislative requirements relating to property and exhibit management.
- Demonstrates the ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines to ensure the delivery of results.
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain effective record keeping in accordance with ACIC policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates well-developed oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and team skills, including a demonstrated ability to share information and learning to benefit the team.

**The Australian community expects ACIC employees to maintain the highest levels of security and integrity. Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain, or continue to hold, the required security clearance for this role. All ACIC employees are required to hold a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, unless otherwise specified.**

**To be eligible to work at the ACIC, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Being fully vaccinated ensures the health and safety of all employees, and the Australian community. Satisfactory proof of vaccination status will be required before you are able to commence employment with the ACIC.
