About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality, client-focused care across the community, helping to improve mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of allied health professionals, nurses, and care partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
* Deliver hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and education
* Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Build strong relationships with referral partners including GPs
* Contribute to service development, education initiatives, and community engagement
About You
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience in musculoskeletal and/or functional rehabilitation
* Community-based physiotherapy experience is preferred
* Ability to work independently within community settings
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to ongoing qualified development
* Current driver's licence
* Passion for aged care and supporting clients in the home environment
* Australian citizen or permanent resident status required
