Key Responsibilities
* Provide Routine, Urgent, and Emergency Care: Perform medical procedures, triage patients, and provide medical advice within the scope of practice.
* Triage and Provide Medical Advice: Assess patients' conditions, provide guidance on treatment options, and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
* Clinical Management: Oversee the management of complex cases, mentor junior staff, and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian Citizenship: Must be an Australian citizen to meet the necessary requirements for this position.
* Nursing License: Possess a valid medical license to practice nursing in Australia.
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Work Experience: A minimum of five years of experience working as a registered/licensed nurse, with at least three years of experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff.
