Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains and has proven consulting experience in preferably Public Sector.
As a Senior Consultant within our Human Capital practice, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting projects, and work with collegiate, highly skilled and supportive teammates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven consulting experience in preferably Public Sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in one or more of the below areas:
* Culture (culture strategy, leadership alignment, narrative design etc)
* Leadership (strategy and capability design, leadership development, high performing teams)
* Learning (Facilitation and coaching, experience design, capability building)
* DE&I (DEI strategy, inclusive leadership)
* Job and Career Architecture (capability definition, career architecture)
