We are looking for an experienced Deal Costings Clerk/ Admin assistantat our Leongatha Toyota, Ford and Kia site.
Key Responsibilities
* Deal costing, gross profit, and commission calculations
* Manufacturer and Vic Roads compliance-checking
* Processing EFT payments
* Daily cash and eftpos banking reconciliations
* Stocking and managing vehicle inventory
* Processing Vic Roads vehicle registrations and transfers
* Providing support to senior Stock Control
* Data entry and end-of-month ledger reconciliations
* Assisting the Financial Controller with adhoc items
* Interacting with department managers and all staff
* Senior Stock Control relief at our additional site
About You
* Previous experience in administration and/ automotive industry is essential
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn basic accounting principles
* Familiarity with VicRoads systems (highly regarded but not essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
* Excellent communication and time management skills
