You will spend your day;
Managing an income protection or mixed product claims portfolio (IP & TPD) from lodgment through to finalisation (across group or retail)
Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve people-focused solutions
Project work and coaching new starters
They will love your background in;
Life claims assessment experience (Retail and / or Group) ideally across all products
Experience determining eligibility and sound decision-making skills
Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
