About the position
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to support and guide our therapeutic team. Reporting to the Director of Therapeutic Services, you’ll provide clinical supervision, debriefing, and drive professional development, while helping shape program delivery and service excellence.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with the flexibility to spread those hours across the week to suit your other commitments. We understand that balance matters and offer adaptable work arrangements to support your lifestyle and wellbeing.
About the team
Our clinicians, caseworkers, and support staff provide trauma-informed care through counselling, advocacy, Redress support, and case management to children and families across Southeast and Far North Queensland. About You
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work
* Registration or eligibility with a relevant professional body
* Clinical supervision qualification (or working toward it)
* Experience supporting clients impacted by trauma and abuse
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
