WATM Equipment is the newest chapter in the WATM Group story, a proudly Western Australian, family-owned business that's been supporting heavy industries since 1974. Known for our expertise in cranes, we've built a trusted reputation across the state.
In 2023, we expanded beyond cranes to offer a broader range of heavy machinery solutions through WATM Equipment... and now, we're looking for great people to grow with us.

What We're Looking For
We're after a Marketing Manager who can think strategically and execute brilliantly. You'll have a strong background in digital marketing and SEO, and a creative flair that helps you cut through the noise.
You'll ideally have:
* At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign delivery
* Strong expertise in SEO development and digital content creation
* Experience across multiple platforms including social media, EDMs, and automated marketing tools
* Excellent communication skills, including content writing for internal and external audiences
* The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
* Analytical skills to report on performance, identify trends, and explore new market opportunities
* A collaborative attitude and leadership ability to inspire those around you
* Experience in the earthmoving/machinery space is highly desirable but not essential
About the role:
* Create and execute strategic campaigns that drive growth across multiple business units
* Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement
* Bring fresh ideas and innovation to our digital and social channels
* Collaborate closely with the sales and leadership team to align on goals and priorities
* Manage content creation, branding, and internal/external communications
* Report monthly on key metrics, campaign performance, and SEO effectiveness
* Identify and explore new market sectors and customer segments
