The Role
* NO routines, NO leasing, NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM
* Capped, clean portfolio of 100-120 properties, local to the office
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Completing entries and exits
* Managing arrears
* Repairs & maintenance
* Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
* Cloud-based software
The Successful Candidate:
* 12+ months of previous Real Estate/Property Management experience
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Valid driver's license
