We're seeking a capable leader who can take ownership of major construction, substation upgrades, solar integration and new customer connection projects — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role
Step into a leadership position where you'll own projects from concept to completion.
You'll drive every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring ideas become reality.
This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and delivers results.
Deliver projects using established project management methodologies
Develop and maintain business cases, project plans and governance documentation
Planning & Coordination
Manage procurement, contractors, construction work scopes and vendor capability
Provide accurate and timely monthly status and financial reports
Financial & Risk Management
Strong financial acumen to manage cost sensitive, high value projects
Ability to navigate complexity, prioritise organisational goals and optimise processes
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field), or Relevant Trade Qualification is mandatory.
Is results oriented and thrives in a delivery focused environment.
Has strong construction, infrastructure or utilities project experience.
Understands how to manage competing priorities and complex work programs.
Builds strong relationships and adapts to varied communication styles.
Works autonomously while providing clear updates and visibility of progress.
