The Role
An opportunity has become available for two Administration Officers (Child Community Health) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Accurately complete all functions within designated timeframes associated with Outpatient Services
- Manage own workload, prioritising daily tasks ensuring work is completed within designated time frames
- Assist with any operational tasks as directed by the Administration Coordinator
- Provide assistance to other staff within the team structure to ensure priority tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
- Whilst not mandatory, experience within Queensland Health's ESM booking system and Smart Referrals would be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent full time and Permanent part time (one permanent full time position and one permanent part time position, 38 hours per fortnight)
- Base salary ranging from $74 722 - $83 097 per annum or $37.68 - $41.90 per hour
About Us
Community Child Health Services supports the Early Childhood Child Health Nurses, School Based Youth Health Nurses, Early Intervention Parenting Support Program, and the Child Development Service. Services are provided across the Gold Coast Hospital and Health District including at Health Precincts and Community Centre's. Administration Officers will be required to work across all clinical areas and locations of Community Child Health.
