We work closely with our business partners to solve meaningful customer problems through strong engineering practices and thoughtful design. As a Chapter Lead, you’ll initially lead a single squad delivering this new experience, with scope to expand across multiple squads as the platform grows. Your impact This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will: Lead and grow a high-performing engineering squad Set the engineering standard — we expect you to be as technically capable as our senior engineers Contribute directly to architecture, design and coding Guide complex technical decisions and design exercises Drive delivery of scalable, secure and customer-centric solutions Foster a culture of humility, openness and high performance Invest in capability uplift, talent retention and career development Balance people leadership with technical excellence We use a broad range of technologies. You don’t need experience in all of them — but strong engineering fundamentals are essential.
