Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
We're currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Perth.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services, supporting people to get well and return to work.
Responsibilities
* Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
* Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
* Design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Qualifications
* Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy
* Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and driver's licence is required)
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
* Strong time‑management skills and punctuality
