About the Role:
This role will oversee all clinical governance aspects, providing expert advice on policies, procedures, projects, and data interpretation to drive quality improvement and risk management. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen our focus on clinical governance, ensuring consistent application of well-informed practice.
The Clinical Governance Specialist will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing clinical governance frameworks and policies;
* Providing guidance on accreditation processes and preparing engaging reports;
* Leading organisational or system-level clinical governance initiatives;
* Culturally competent practice and demonstrated expertise in safeguarding children, mental health, social and emotional wellbeing, and complex trauma.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in clinical governance, mental health, and cultural competency.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Formal qualifications as a Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, or Mental Health Professional, registered with relevant boards;
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing clinical governance initiatives;
* High level knowledge of contemporary evidence-based approaches to safeguarding children, mental health, social and emotional wellbeing, and complex trauma;
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
