What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and exposure to public practice accounting.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in accounting, taxation, and bookkeeping software.
Solid command of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain compliance standards across the accounting team.
Develop and sustain professional relationships with the Tax Practitioners Board and the Australian Tax Office.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
Liaise with service and software providers to ensure smooth operations.
Design and deliver professional development programs.
Train new team members and supervise interns.
