We are seeking a talented and ambitious Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the Geelong area. Your primary goal will be to drive growth in your region by developing meaningful relationships with customers and becoming a trusted advisor. -----------------------------------
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with prospective and established customers in the Geelong area.
2. Servicing existing business relationships and developing new business opportunities.
3. Drive growth in your region in terms of revenue and gross margin, as well as product/service mix.
4. Present new and existing products to promote awareness amongst the customer base.

Requirements:
* Experience: Demonstrated sales experience in an account management and business development capacity, with a hunter mentality.
* Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Analytical Thinking: A high level of analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data.
* CRM Systems: Experience using CRM systems is essential.
* Travel: Flexibility to travel within the Geelong area, including Ballarat to Horsham once a month.
