This role is being offered as a 6 month fixed-term full-time contract
Reporting to theGeneral Manager, Community, your role asPartnerships Managerwill be to work cross-functionally to maximise partnership outcomes, strengthen external networks and to create long-term value.
Your role will also oversee the measurement and reporting of partnership performance to drive continuous improvement.
You responsibilities will include but extend beyond:
Execute day-to-day delivery of partnership programs in line with business / asset strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues and departments and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Hawaiian's community initiatives.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Create and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Represent Hawaiian at community events.
Evaluate partnership requests from potential partners and acknowledge all proposals.
Grantmaking and related activities
Monitor grantee performance by reviewing and summarising grantee reports, following up with grantees as needed to obtain necessary information, providing technical assistance and engaging in evaluation.
Communications & Marketing
Work with Hawaiian's Public Relations Advisor and Brand Manager to promote Hawaiian's partnerships and outcomes.
Promote partnerships outcomes throughout the Hawaiian assets.
Brief Hawaiian's Brand team on video and data, print design and production elements.
Deliver communications strategy to advise internal and external stakeholders of Hawaiian's partnership initiatives.
Oversee the financial management of partnership funds.
Help forecast partnership budget monthly with finance.
About you
Experience in Stakeholder Management (a minimum of 5 years of experience) is essential.
Highly developed project management skills, including the ability to lead promotional activity across several partners.
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications and / or Events, or equivalent work experience.
Highly proficient in the use of computers and ability to work with internal Hawaiian systems once trained.
