**About the role**
As a Packaging Manager you will support the R&D strategy into imperatives for the packaging team to deliver on. You will be responsible to accelerate execution of new innovative and sustainable packaging and delivery systems for our garden care range, home pest range and commercial business across ANZ.
You will foster new and existing technology partnerships, work closely with their R&D peers in the formulation & development teams and setup your team for success.
The role is based out of Padstow and is brilliant opportunity to support growth ambitions for a range of premium branded products.
**Responsibilities**
- Delivery of New Product Development program in line with sustainability targets
- Ensure packaging is competitive
- Maintain compliance with legislation & contractual requirements for all applicable jurisdictions
- Manage the packaging cost centre expenditure to budget (monthly forecasts and annual budget cycle)

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in engaging with strategic technology partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience in defining and executing long term direction and strategy
- Demonstrated experience in various packaging substrates
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Tertiary qualification in engineering
