In this role, you'll drive digital merchandising strategies, leverage personalization tools, and execute high‐impact initiatives to increase profitability, average order value (AOV), and overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of Miss Amara's Shopify Plus stores, ensuring a high‐performing and frictionless shopping experience.
* Serve as the agency point of contact for the website upgrade due to go‐live end of year.
* Implement and optimise site features, integrations, and new technology to enhance performance.
* Regularly audit the site to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for speed, accessibility, and UX.
* Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
* Leverage personalisation tools and customer segmentation to deliver tailored shopping experiences.
* Implement strategic upselling and cross‐selling initiatives to boost AOV and profitability.
* Conduct A/B testing to refine on‐site messaging, CTAs, and layout.
* Analyse customer behaviour and sales trends to inform data‐driven strategies.
* Utilise Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM data to drive continuous improvement and report findings to key stakeholders.
* Monitor site performance and implement solutions to optimise speed and usability.
Qualifications:
* Expertise in site information architecture (IA), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), digital merchandising, customer journey mapping, and AOV‐boosting strategies.
* Strong ability to collect and analyse both implicit and explicit customer data to drive insights and actions.
* Experience managing Shopify apps and third‐party integrations to enhance site functionality.
* A data‐driven mindset with a proven ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
* Hands‐on experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, and CRM platforms.
* Solid understanding of SEO best practices and UX/UI principles to optimise user experience.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* A proactive problem‐solver with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
