You'll be the central force coordinating people, resources, and strategy - ensuring smooth shutdowns, seamless project delivery, and continuous improvement across the business. What You'll Own
Leadership & Coordination
* Oversee Site Supervisors, Coordinators, vendors, and contractors to achieve exceptional shutdown and project outcomes.
* Build tightly aligned, diverse, and capable site teams that meet high performance standards.
* Cultivate a strong safety-first culture where risk awareness and skill growth work hand-in-hand.
Project & Shutdown Delivery
* Allocate resources smartly, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to quality expectations - 0% rework is the standard.
* Work with recruitment to drive mobilisation, onboarding, and entire labour resourcing cycles with precision and foresight.
* Maintain trusted relationships with clients and third-party vendors, ensuring competitive, reliable service delivery.
Business & Operational Performance
* Track project P&L, monitor costs, and plan budgets to support profitable operations.
* Conduct Lessons Learned reviews and implement improvements that elevate future shutdown performance.
* Manage and maintain records, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across the board.
Development & Growth
* Play a key role in expanding our footprint across client sites, growing workshop output, and increasing annual sales volumes.
* Support HR/IR needs, promote high retention, and help shape a positive, engaged workforce.
* Work directly with leadership to drive strategic business growth and strengthen client satisfaction.
What You Bring
* A trade background or engineering degree.
* Strong leadership foundations and management training.
* Labour resourcing experience with a head for business, performance, and people.
* Confident client-facing capability, exceptional communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Organisational precision, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
* Safety and business management knowledge - ideally with plant-based or workshop experience.
