Our client is seeking an experienced Branch/Store Manager to join their Lonsdale branch and lead their team to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily branch operations across sales, customer service, administration, warehouse and leadership functions
* Build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and improve branch profitability
* Lead and develop the branch team, including Parts Interpreters, Stores and Delivery Drivers
* Ensure full compliance with OH&S requirements, maintaining a safe workplace and keeping all safety training up to date.
* Manage core administrative processes, including invoicing, credits, warranty claims and general branch reporting.
* Participate in Saturday morning rosters, as required
Experience Needed
We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership experience with the ability to work with a driven and diverse team environment. You will motivate team members and engage with customers in this hands on position.
Experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) is desirable.
