Corporate Legal Secretary (3-Month Contract) – Global Law Firm
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a dynamic short-term opportunity? Our client is a prestigious global law firm, looking for someone to become an integral part of their Sydney secretarial team for a 3-6 month contract.
About the Role:
Provide high-level administrative support to two partners and a team of associates
Manage diary and email coordination, meeting and travel arrangements
Handle document production, amendments, and electronic/hard filing
Assist with monthly billing, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting
Collaborate with other teams and secretaries in a collegiate work environment
About You:
Minimum 3 years of legal secretarial experience ideally in a Corporate team
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems ideally Aderant
Available to start work in the Sydney office from the 20th of June
