- Lead internal audits and quality control activities, including remittance audits, file reviews, and ECSN monitoring.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, datasets, and compliance tracking tools.
- Analyse data to inform reporting, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure evidence-based decision making.
- Support onboarding and compliance-related system administration for operational teams.
- Design, deliver, and coordinate staff training on compliance requirements, quality assurance processes, and the effective use of compliance systems and tools.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to implement and strengthen compliance strategies across the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

1. Demonstrated understanding of Employment Services contracts and compliance requirements (CDP/RAES contracts preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of contractual compliance and funding obligations, particularly in government-funded programs.
3. Strong understanding of program governance, structured project execution and compliance auditing.
4. Proven understanding of data-driven decision making, ensuring compliance through robust analytics and reporting.
5. Experience in risk identification, impact analysis and mitigation strategies.
6. Experience in stakeholder engagement, building trusted partnerships with funding bodies, and government agencies.
7. Experience in leading and mentoring project teams in structured methodologies.
8. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Experience delivering training or upskilling staff, particularly in compliance, systems, or quality frameworks (or willingness to develop this capability).

Preferred

1. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Compliance, Training & Development, or a related field.
2. PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP Certification.

What You’ll Need

- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
