We're on the lookout for a dynamic and community-minded management couple to join a thriving remote retail store in Far North Queensland or the Northern Territory. This is more than a job, it's a lifestyle opportunity to lead side by side, make a real impact in Indigenous communities, and embrace life in some of Australia's most unique and culturally rich locations.
What You'll Be Doing (Together):
* Support the day-to-day operations of the store, from rostering and inventory to sales and service
* Lead a local team, mentoring and training staff in a hands‑on way
* Get involved in community-focused programs such as nutrition, local employment, and promotions
* Take part in back‑of‑house functions and learn the ropes toward full Store Management responsibility
* Handle physical store tasks like stock unpacking, merchandising, and customer service

What You'll Bring as a Team:

* A valid driver's license (or willingness to obtain)
* Full Australian Working Rights
Highly Regarded (But not essential):
* Previous experience working remotely or regionally
* First Aid and/or Forklift License
