Our Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO
provides comprehensive executive and governance support to the CEO and the Board.
The role coordinates executive office operations, governance processes, key
organisational cycles, and provides flexible executive and coordination support
to CEO-directed projects and initiatives, as required, supporting effective
decision-making, accountability and the smooth functioning of Cafs? leadership
and governance arrangements.
About You
We are looking for a
motivated, values-driven individual able to provide high level Executive
support with experience in supporting a Board of Management. The ideal
candidate will thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a
dynamic team.
Skills &
Attributes
* Tertiary Qualification in Business
Management or equivalent, AICD graduate and/or GIA certified.
* Experience working in a similar
role supporting executive management
* Be flexible and adaptable responding quickly when situations change. Listen
to other perspectives and respond collaboratively.
* Embed collaborative practice into the team culture through engaging
others, sharing information, and jointly solving issues by leveraging the
strengths.

Ballarat for over 160 years. We provide over 50 programs across a range of
service areas providing care for clients within communities across the central highland
