What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire the Junior Kindy team
* Create and deliver an engaging, play‑based curriculum
* Collaborate with a supportive Centre Director and a positive, team‑focused workplace
* Build meaningful relationships with children and families
Job Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualification recognised by ACECQA or equivalent
* Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard
* Effective workplace communication skills
* Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required
