Envirotank have been extending their product offering to include waste water detention/retention tanks, wet wells, pump stations, and other similar buried vessels.About the roleSituated at our Coolaroo Office, we are actively seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in the water and wastewater markets and associated products.
This role demands a versatile individual with a proficiency in both sales and marketing.
Beyond overseeing sales operations, the chosen candidate will also assume a crucial role in the exploration and promotion of new products.
This opportunity presents a unique platform for individuals with a robust sales background to drive our company's expansion while delving into the forefront of technological advancements within the industry.Responsibilities:Work closely with the National Marketing Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts for water & wastewater products.Provide necessary technical information to the Production Manager to ensure work proceeds according to specifications.Assist in maintaining quality standards and conducting regular inspections.Manage water & wastewater projects effectively.Assist in sales budgeting and reporting to the National Marketing Manager on budget achievements.Aid in the development of sales policies, monitor sales history, prices, budgets, and sales programs.Target and research prospective customers, establish new business, and foster client relationships.Handle pricing, tendering, and post-tender negotiations to secure orders.Receive and record incoming orders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and explicit communication with the Production Manager.Ensure customer requirements are met, handle complaints and product failure claims promptly and satisfactorily.Act as a Quality Representative, implementing ISO9001 standards and enhancing the company's quality reputation.Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing Manager in product design and costing.Evaluate the viability of new products for marketing and liaise with the National Marketing Manager.Acting as a Quality Representative for the Company, coordinating and implementing the Management Systems within the Company, being fully conversant with the ISO9001 Standard & Envirotanks QA requirements as to enhance the company's quality reputation with clientsDeputising for or arranging cover for the National Marketing Manager in his absence.Assist the Production Manager and manage projects through the factory as needed.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales within the industry or related field.Strong understanding of water & wastewater products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of ISO9001 standards is desirable.If you are passionate about technical sales, possess the required experience, and are eager to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
