Experience in a similar role or within the Caravan and Camping Industry is highly regarded but not essential.Ability to self-manage and be self-driven to achieve company objectives.Knowledge of the main players in the industry and understanding of their key advantages and disadvantages are desirable but not essential.Proven experience in managing a small team.Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales & production team, enhancing their skills to maintain high professional standards.Oversee and lead the activities and performance of the sales & production team.Develop, manage, and maintain team KPIs.Strategically foster customer engagement.Develop monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.Implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key target markets.Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service.Maintain an honest and reliable work ethic.Possess reasonably valuable computer skills.Present a professional appearance.Build relationships with existing and potential customers to create loyal customers for life.Possess or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.Ensure customer satisfaction (NPS).
