Overview
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join Heritage College, Officer. This is a Full-time, Permanent position open to graduates and commencing in January 2026 .
The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:
* Plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomes
* Use critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of students
* Use multiple sources of feedback on their classroom practice to inform their professional learning goals
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system
* Support and actively promote, and not undermine, the Christian-based values and ethos of the College based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
* Have the capacity to teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the College's Christian-based ethos
* Plan for and lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students

* Bachelor of Education
* VIT Registered Teacher

* Position is subject to maintaining registration with VIT

Heritage College provides co-educational Christian education from 3 and 4-year-old Early Learning through to Year 12. The salary range is $86k-128k based on years of experience .
