Key Responsibilities
* Food preparation and cooking during service
* Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
* Kitchen prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
* Following food safety and hygiene standards
* Working efficiently as part of a small team

* Previous experience as a cook or chef (café experience preferred)
* Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
* Reliable, organised, and professional
* Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
* Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
