The Central Land Council is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976.
We represent traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.
Our organisation provides advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support our constituents' aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.
This role supports administrative and logistical activities for the Manager and staff of the Land Management section, including a network of remotely based teams who engage in natural and cultural resource management activities across the region.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Land Management team
* Assist with logistical tasks and activities
Essential Requirements:
* Ochre card (working with vulnerable people check)
* National police clearance
* Driver's licence
