About The Opportunity

Bowral Hospital is located in the beautiful Southern Highlands, close to Sydney, Canberra and Wollongong and has recently moved into a new clinical services building with new purpose-built inpatient wards and units.
If you are a self-directed, motivated, reliable and flexible Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with recent acute hospital experience and with a strong desire to learn and grow in a well-established teamwork environment, where you are encouraged to take initiative, be creative and contribute to our innovative models of care come and join us here at Bowral Hospital. This position is based in the Medical/Surgical Inpatient Unit which includes Palliative and Aged Care.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop professionally with the team where you will be supported by Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Nurse Consultants.
What You'll Be Doing
The Enrolled Nurse works with the registered nurse or midwife as part of the health care team and demonstrates competence in the provision of safe, compassionate, quality person-centered care.

This $123 million redevelopment includes a new Clinical Services Building with a modern emergency department, operating theatres, and inpatient wards. The ongoing second stage will further enhance outpatient services and include a new Aboriginal Dreaming Garden.
