The Role
* Lead on-site operations from safety and inductions through to handover
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and programs to keep projects running smoothly
* Drive quality and accountability with subcontractors
* Keep programs on track
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
The Criteria
* 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential projects (apartments, townhouses)
* Trade background preferred
* Confident managing subcontractors and trades
* Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering projects defect-free and on time
