Warehouse Supervisor
The position is a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator with a strong understanding warehousing and logistics, based at Morisset. The successful candidate will further develop their skills while contributing to a friendly, supportive, and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily returns and collections, accurately tracking stock movements and inventory ins and outs.
* Pick, clean, prepare, and load stock onto trucks in accordance with delivery schedules.
* Assist transport drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles.
* Identify, create, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
* Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Ensure the warehouse is well organised, clean, safe, and presentable.
* Supervise, organise, and manage warehouse staff as required, including warehouse assistants and support personnel.
* Liaise closely with the sales team to coordinate logistics and fulfilment requirements.
* Perform additional duties as reasonably required to support operational efficiency.
Experience, Skills & Attributes
* Demonstrated experience in warehouse and logistics operations,
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams, including truck drivers, warehouse assistants, and cleaning staff.
* Experience loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
* Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude with a hands-on approach to work.
Essential Requirements
* Current Forklift Licence.
* Current Driver’s Licence.
* Flexibility to work after hours when operational/seasonal Demands requirements demand.
