Our client has a temporary opportunity to lead the provision of expert advice on people matters, professional standards policies and procedures, performance management, disciplinary matters and other professional standards initiatives. The role will assist in fostering an ethical culture across a geographically dispersed organisation and embed a positive experience and values-led culture. You will assist in actioning a number of project initiatives to manage and resolve conflict, conduct, and complaint matters, and build a complaints management and resolution capability across the organisation. This will involve collaborating with strategic Business Partners to coordinate, design, plan and implement early intervention strategies and solutions to resolve issues relating to professional standards. At times you will be involved with case management of grievances, disciplinary or other investigations. You will also provide support, advice and training (including using creative approaches and initiatives where applicable) to supervisors and those involved in complaints and disciplinary processes to facilitate resolution of complaints and conflict in accordance with new or revised legislation, or government policy.
