Field Service Support Administrator – Allocator

About the role

Our client is a well-known multinational brand in home appliance manufacturing who are needing a Field Service Support Administrator – Allocator to join the team on a casual basis. As the Allocator, you will provide vital office support to ensure the smooth running of service operations, acting as the first point of contact for consumers and customers.

Remuneration:

* Location: Casula
* $33.38 per hour
* Approximately 4-month assignment with potential to extend
* Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

Key responsibilities

* Liaise with the National Contact Centre to manage service calls and allocate to technicians/contractors
* Ensure calls are completed within required timeframes, maximising same-day completions
* Prepare and submit reports as required by the Service Supervisor
* Identify parts using Electrolux technology and re-book calls for spares
* Manage holiday and leave files for technicians and contractors, reporting to the Contact Centre
* Check and reallocate service jobs with deferred dates
* Allocate service work to external contractors
