We offer a two-year Graduate Program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in your career. Throughout this program, you will work closely with various Finance teams who are responsible for managing our financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, billing, strategy, leasing, tax and more.

Key Responsibilities
">

1. Undertake reporting and analysis to identify opportunities and risks, assisting stakeholders in making informed decisions.
">
2. Prepare reports to monitor key performance drivers and assist stakeholders in reaching their performance targets.
">
3. Provide forecast information to facilitate management decision making.
">
4. Influence management decision making through active communication of analysis and forecast information.
">
5. Partner with internal customers/stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships.
">
6. Collaborate as part of the Stockland Finance community.
">
7. Comply with all WH&S obligations and adhere to relevant documented procedures.
">
8. Contribute to Stockland's risk-aware culture by participating in operational risk training and adhering to compliance and regulatory obligations.

Requirements
">
">
* Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand.
">
* Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date.
">
* Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics & Property degrees preferred, but related subjects considered.
">
