We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join a world leader in flexible workspace solutions in Perth.
In this high‑impact role, you'll drive new business growth from large corporate clients through proactive outreach, relationship management, and full‑cycle deal execution across both national and international markets.

What You'll Do
* Generate new revenue by sourcing and converting enterprise clients (200+ white‑collar employees)
* Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing complex deals
* Build and maintain strong C‑level relationships across key accounts
* Partner with brokers and real estate advisors to expand market presence
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth solution delivery
* Maintain accurate forecasts and a strong, active pipeline
Your Profile
* Min. 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally targeting enterprise‑level clients
* Strong track record in sourcing and managing long sales cycles independently
* Confident communicator with C‑level stakeholders
* Excellent commercial mindset and negotiation skills
* Experience in commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus
* Fluent in English
