About the Role
This is an exciting career opportunity for a passionate and driven individual that would strive to achieve great outcomes in recruitment for Western District Health Service. You will be well organised, self-motivated, an excellent communicator and prepared to work to exceed expectations of this role.
There are many internal and external stakeholders that you will work to develop with and create great relationships with to the benefit of our organisation. The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role for the People and Culture team with the delivery of Recruitment functions, initiatives and outcomes across the organisation. Attention to detail is paramount, with a main component of the role relating to the accurate and timely management of recruitment functions and the preparation of recruitment associated documentation.
This role is responsible for the ongoing sustainability of WDHS' Attract, Connect, Stay framework and will work closely with the Community Connector to assist in the settlement of new employees recruited from "out of the region".
