What You Need
- Chef qualifications (minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
- FIFO experience working in commercial kitchens and bulk catering - Essential
- Experience in ordering, stock-taking, and reporting
- Current Full Driver’s License
- A passion for producing high quality dishes consistently
- Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia
- Construction White Card
- Current National Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
