Kirinari is a reputable disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers. We employ over 1300 staff across VIC, NSW, and TAS.
About The Position
Our DSWs support individuals in their daily living, providing quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodations (SIL/Group Homes) to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
You will support various needs including domestic and personal care, and help our customers access and connect with the community.
Availability for 24/7 support, including weekends and overnights, is essential (generous penalties apply).
We offer flexible start dates for multiple positions.
About You
Willingness and ability to work shifts, sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and holidays with significant availability
Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and in a team
Strong communication skills for building positive relationships
Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check before starting
Proficiency with computers and various software/programs
Smartphone ownership
Current Driver's Licence
