Job Title:Office Administrator and Project Assistant. 
Location: Southern Suburbs 
Key Responsibilities 
Schedule travel, appointments and meetings for managers and employees when required 
Assist with ad hoc project tasks 
Assist with preparing reports and presentations 
Generate and submit company expense reports 
Reception - answer phone and greet visitors 
Interface with Supply Chain in Sweden for shipments of product 
Provide accounts receivable and payable support 
Interface with accounts team in Sweden 
Compile and send correspondence 
Create and maintain an effective filing system 
Place stationery and catering orders for the business 
Key Experience and Requirement 
Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant 
Working knowledge of general office equipment such as printer, scanner and PC 
Understanding of office management systems, as well as procedures 
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
Excellent time management skills 
Ability to prioritise tasks 
Strong communication skills 
High-level problem-solving skills 
Ability to effectively multi-task
