Estate Gardener – Join Our Team in the Geelong Region
Do you love working outdoors, surrounded by stunning gardens and open space?
We're looking for passionate horticulturists to join our existing team, caring for a collection of privately owned estates and properties on the outskirts of Geelong.
Our properties feature beautifully designed gardens, manicured lawns, and formal hedging — all set among classic homesteads and premier buildings. You'll be part of a welcoming team that takes real pride in keeping these special places looking their best year-round.
A bit about the role:
You'll work alongside experienced gardeners, using your horticultural, turf or arborist skills to maintain and improve our gorgeous landscapes. Every day is different — mowing, pruning, planting, diagnosing plant issues, or bringing a new garden bed to life.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience caring for gardens and a solid grasp of horticultural practices
Knowledge of soils, fertilising, and mulching
Confidence identifying plants, pests and diseases (and how to treat them)
Good pruning and hedging techniques
Experience using garden tools — mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.
A great attitude, enthusiasm for the outdoors, and the ability to handle the physical side of gardening
Tickets such as White Card, EWP, ACUP Spray or Chainsaw — great to have but not essential
A Horticulture certificate is a bonus, but if you've got strong hands-on experience and a genuine love for gardens, we'd love to meet you. A valid driver's license is essential for travel between our various estate properties across the Geelong region.
