About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new subscribers and ensuring their long‐term success with JACK App. You will drive growth through a combination of proactive sales, seamless onboarding, training and ongoing customer engagement - building lasting relationships that reduce churn and maximise the value customers get from our platform.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers into JACK App subscribers via customised product demos that are tailored to the user's business
* Develop and execute account management strategies that align with company sales goals
* Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the sales process to a successful close
* Proactively invest in your own sales development through ongoing training, role‐playing, and professional growth activities
Onboarding, Training & Customer Success
* Manage the onboarding process for new subscribers, ensuring a seamless transition and early adoption of key platform features
* Deliver engaging training sessions, both one‐on‐one and in group settings, to ensure clients are confident and proficient in using JACK App
* Work closely with the implementation team to ensure all existing client data is accurately migrated into JACK App as part of the onboarding process
* Conduct regular check‐ins and refresher training to help clients continuously maximise the value of the platform
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer account inquiries, concerns, and feedback, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint
Retention & Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing subscribers to enhance retention and reduce churn
* Track and analyse user engagement data to identify opportunities for growth, improved service, and early intervention where accounts may be at risk
* Attend in‐person events hosted by JACK App to foster relationships and educate our customers on industry best practices
* Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to communicate customer insights and contribute to product improvements
* Record and maintain all customer records, interactions, and activity accurately in CRM
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success within a SaaS or technology‐driven environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer‐first approach
* Ability to understand and clearly articulate software benefits to construction professionals and tradespeople
* Experience with CRM software and a data‐driven approach to decision‐making
* Problem‐solving mindset with the ability to handle objections and convert leads into long‐term customers
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
* Experience in or strong knowledge of the residential building or construction industry
* Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and customer lifecycle management
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
