The Role

As our Customer Support Officer, you'll be the first smile students see when they walk through the door and the steady hand that keeps our campus running smoothly. You'll support our learners, our trainers and our team, all while contributing to work that genuinely changes lives.
What You'll Be Doing
Your days will be full of variety, connection and purpose as you:
* Welcome students and visitors with warmth, professionalism and a can do attitude
* Handle phone, email and face to face enquiries with confidence and a solutions focused mindset
* Support enrolments, registrations and withdrawals to keep our learners moving forward
* Maintain accurate records across systems like Moodle and Wisenet
* Work closely with trainers and admin staff to deliver seamless student experiences
* Keep reception, kitchen and office spaces welcoming, organised and well stocked
* Jump into events, meetings and team activities that help our campus thrive
Who You Are
We're looking for someone upbeat, organised and ready to make a real impact. You'll shine if you have:
* Experience in admin or customer service, especially in education or RTO settings
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and databases, plus a willingness to learn new systems
* A friendly, approachable communication style
* A genuine passion for helping others and being part of a supportive team
