Job Opportunity: Gardener/Handyperson
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Gardener/Handyperson. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's gardens, landscaping, alfresco areas, and two pool zones.
* Maintain all garden, pool, alfresco, and external landscaping areas, including plant care, watering, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and pest control
* Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Keep pathways, courtyards, and outdoor areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free
* Collaborate with other teams to uphold hotel standards
* Provide general repairs and maintenance support to hotel rooms and facilities
* Carry out tasks such as painting, grouting, tiling, silicone work, and basic landscaping
* Liaise with multiple departments to coordinate maintenance and repair works
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety policies, fire regulations, hygiene practices, and environmental guidelines

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Previous experience in gardening or handyperson work
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects
* Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping principles
