Adaptable rosters and excellent remuneration are on offer for successful candidates.ResponsibilitiesConducting in field and workshop repairs, scheduled services, rig builds, and rig rebuilds.Diagnosing, testing and adjusting mechanical parts to ensure safe and proper performance of fleet equipment.Assisting Star West Drilling management with maintenance planning and scheduling activities.Coordinating with fellow maintenance team members to ensure company equipment is maintained at expected standards.Essential qualificationsAustralian recognised trade certification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical, Diesel Fitting, or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years demonstrable experience in mining / drilling equipment maintenanceCurrent Drivers licence (HR Truck Licence Preferred)Extensive experience with Boart Longyear (LM Series) Drill Rigs will be highly regardedCurrent Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)All applicants progressing to the next stage will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and functional as well as drug & alcohol screening.A National Police Clearance will also be required for successful applicants.If you are interested in applying, please submit a cover letter addressing the inherent requirements of the role highlighting examples of your experience, along with your resume and references.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
