As the Account Manager, you will service existing customers and actively generate new business to achieve sales and profit targets.

Your tasks
* Servicing customers to both meet current requirements and develop further opportunities.
* Achieving sales and gross profit growth through the generation of leads and new business development.
* Promoting long term business partnerships with key customers by understanding their objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
* Recommending technically competent solutions to customers.
* Preparing and submitting quotes to customers.

About You
* A mechanical background with hydraulics knowledge being essential.
* Sales and negotiation skills.
* Able to read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings.
* Able to interpret part manuals and catalogues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to engage directly with customers and provide innovative solutions.
