About the Program
The University of Queensland (UQ) offers the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Graduate Program, a full‐time fixed‐term graduate program up to two years. The program builds on a bachelor's degree and provides tailored practical skill development, structured training, mentoring, and leadership pathways specifically for recent graduates.
Eligibility

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $83,776 (HEW 5). Additional benefits include up to 17% superannuation, paid parental and caregiver leave, annual leave loading, flexible working arrangements, health and wellness discounts, and cultural leave.
* 26 weeks paid parental leave or 14 weeks paid primary caregiver leave
* 17% superannuation contributions and 17.5% annual leave loading
