Groundskeeper
Help create welcoming spaces for residents and guests.
At Fresh Hope Communities, we believe everyone deserves to feel at home. As our Groundskeeper, you'll make our gardens and outdoor areas safe, beautiful, and inviting so residents and their families can enjoy every moment outdoors.
Your Contribution
* Maintain lawns, gardens, car park and other outdoor spaces to a high standard
* Operate and care for equipment (ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, etc.)
* Support resident-led garden projects and help make outdoor areas accessible for all
* Work safely and help others do the same
* Respond to feedback and work with the Maintenance/Property Services team to keep everything running smoothly
About You
You care about people and take pride in your work. You'll bring:
* Experience in grounds or garden maintenance
* A practical, can-do attitude and an eye for detail
* Confidence using equipment and basic IT skills (email, excel and word)
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding role
* Friendly, helpful approach with residents, staff, and visitors
* Willingness to get (or already have) a National Criminal History Check for aged care

* This is a permanent part time position (2 days a week) based in Henley Brae Retirement Living in Mittagong available due to retirement. The salary is pro-rata based on the number of hours work
